We prioritize organic, local, and seasonal products, leveraging Crozon's daily market to source fresh ingredients. We actively fight food waste by transforming raw products on-site and composting what cannot be reused.
Other sustainable practices include:

• Sorting waste and using low-energy light bulbs
• Recycling used batteries and single-use plastics
• Reusing paper as scrap
• Turning off lights and electrical devices when not in use

How you can help:

• Turn off taps when not needed
• Switch off lights and devices when unused
• Set heating to 19°C and turn it off when windows are open
• Sort waste using designated bins
• Request linen changes only when necessary

Glass and medical waste bins are available at reception.
